Many news outlets are reporting today that the American Red Cross Disaster Relief fund is out of money, and that they’re in particular need because of flooding in the mid-west.

The good news is, you can donate right here- plus, many employers will match gifts made to non profits (West does this, contact me or check out thePoint if you want to know how).

I can’t get to sleep again- I almost wrote a rant about Christian Evangelicals and Liberal Christians, but decided not to.  You’re welcome.

Ok, so I cheated a little bit   Calin let me open the wii and hook it up early, but I’m not going to play until April 1st, so it’s just a few hours away!  We’ll see if I stay up that late.

Hopefully we won’t be disappointed- all of the suspense has both of us pretty excited about playing, so I hope the novelty doesn’t wear off quickly.

So we’ve wanted a wii since Christmas, but of course it was impossible to find one, so we decided that the first chance we found one, we would get one as a joint birthday present. Well, my birthday is April 1st, and Calin’s is April 8th, but we were able to find one recently on Amazon.com using wiialerts.com. So here’s the problem; we have a wii now, but decided not to open it until our birthdays (We’re just going to say April 1st). So I’ve setup a live webcam of Homer guarding our wii to help us keep up our willpower. Hopefully we can make it to April
