Calin and I went to Ilion for this weekend and my brother Tim, she, and I went and took the Utica Club Brewery tour, they make Saranac, Utica Club, and they contract brew some other stuff. It’s an awesome tour and I highly recommend it- it’s like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory but Beer. The Stein that my brother and I are posing in front of can hold 5 gallons and has an inscription in German around the top that reads, “A real man could drink this full”. Awesome. |
